In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless Balance Lab, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Welcome to Balance Lab Online Studio.
By joining our online programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Payments

• Membership is available through both Monthly and 1-week trial subscriptions.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• We do not offer refunds after 8 calendar days into the new billing period, except as required by law. The first month is pro-rated and thereafter the renewal charge occurs on the first of each month.

2. Use of Services

• Access is for personal use only and may not be shared with others.

• You agree not to record, distribute, or sell any of our content without written permission.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Health & Safety

• Participation in any given practice activity carries risks.

• Be responsible for ensuring you are not over-exerting yourself in any given practice.

• By joining, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release Balance Lab LLC and its instructors from liability for any injury or health issue that may occur.

4. Technology Requirements

• You are responsible for maintaining your own internet connection, device, and software needed to access classes.

• We are not responsible for outages, slow connections, or technical issues on your end.

• From time to time, our instructors may experience technology issues such as audio/video glitches, connection interruptions, or being disconnected from Zoom. If your instructor is more than five (5) minutes late to begin a session due to technical problems, the class will be considered canceled for that day. In such cases, we recommend that you make use of the on-demand library to continue your practice for that session.

5. Privacy & Data

• We collect personal information such as your name, email, and payment details to provide services.

• We do not sell your information to third parties.

• By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices including confidentiality measures.

6. Community Conduct

• Be respectful to instructors and fellow members.

• Harassment, discriminatory language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove members who do not follow community standards.

7. Cancellations & Termination

• You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting info@balancelab.com.

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any program, class, or feature with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

• All class materials, videos, and written content remain the property of Balance Lab LLC.

• You are granted a non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal purposes only.

9. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time.

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notice.

• Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
